Many of us know what we should be doing for our health, but often, we’re not able to do it on our own. As a support mentor I help clients reach their wellness goals and feel their best through personalized, one-on-one encouragement around finding foods and lifestyle practices that work best for you. Food and nutrition is an important piece, but not the only one. There is no one right diet, fitness or supplement routine for everyone. I provide guidance and accountability- from nutrition to exercise, relationships, career and spirituality as you embark on a journey toward optimal holistic health. I will help transform your health, looking at not just food but all areas of life that can impact well-being. You’ll walk away with clear recommendations based on your personal goals - whether that’s to increase energy, sleep better, improve digestion, clear up your skin, rediscover your passion and more.   • I started on my weight loss journey but after several months like most people I hit a plateau and then Colleen stepped in. It turns out that my new "healthy" eating wasn't as healthy as I thought, in fact some of it was actually preventing my weight loss.

     

    Colleen taught me, you don't have to change your entire lifestyle to change your life. A few modifications here and there can make a world of difference. Surprisingly, I didn't have to take everything away, I could actually add. She taught me about the power & benefits of juices & smoothies, for example: a fresh juice of mostly greens in the middle of my day is an energizer of vitamins and minerals that will give me just as much energy as a cup of coffee without the crash & burn or the added calories of the cream & sugar. She taught me how to add an ingredient or two to my meals to boost my health, my metabolism, my energy and my immunity.

     

    Over two years later & I am still 100 lbs lighter & I still feel FABULOUS!!! I have a new understanding of how to truly eat balanced to benefit all aspects of my health.
